Classes
Ballet

Ballet is a structured and precise dance style that has developed and adapted over centuries.
Our ballet programmes are underpinned by internationally recognised Royal Academy of Dance, who offer researched programmes based on the needs of your dancer's development; physically and cognitively.
Carefully structured classes are made up of a mixture of exercises your child will perform and practice in different arrangements; alone, with a partner or with a group.

Jazz - from 4.5 years
Jazz is an up beat, high- intensity dance genre set to pop music.

Our syllabus Jazz classes work towards annual APDA exams in Term 2.

Open Jazz and Contemporary classes give students the opportunity to experience a variety of different styles and choreography that is not as accessible in examination classes.

Contemporary

Contemporary is an expressive style of dance that is anchored on different movement qualities.
​
Our syllabus Contemporary classes work towards annual APDA exams in Term 2.

Open Jazz and Contemporary class gives students the opportunity to experience a variety of different styles and choreography that is not as accessible in examination classes.

See your dancer gain confidence in themselves and their dancing, become incredibly versatile and artistic in their contemporary work using the Lucidity syllabus.

Tap
Give your dancer an amazing understanding of rhythm, allow them to make noise, give them confidence alongside their friends.

Using APDA's Tap Evolution syllabus, dancers work towards an exam in Term 2.
Hip Hop

Give your dancer the opportunity to gain confidencein themselves, be expressive and be inspired alongside their friends using the Urban Ignition syllabus.

Musical Theatre
Musical Theatre is where the best parts of the Performing Arts come together.
Alongside your friends, portray characters from your favourite musicals, sing your heart out (or lip sync) and dance to catchy tunes from your favourite Musicals.

Adults Classes

We are all about empowering our adults.

Adults classes are run as 6 -week programmes, if we get enough interest.

Try a new skills or pick up a long lost love in Tap or Ballet​

Holiday Programme
Each year we run our annual Holiday Programme. 4 days of dance with Miss Chandler and other cDa staff.
